Before you finalize contracts to buy a home, you should convince yourself that the house can resell quickly. You must always keep job relocation or a change of residence due to family considerations in mind. Find a house at a good price that is also likely to provide you with lasting resale value. A home near large powerlines will rarely if ever resell at a profit so you should think twice before investing your money even on a dream deal.

It is quite likely that the seller went through the same thought process and decided that the price was too good to resist. Keep in mind that if you decide to residence is worth buying, you would look for a similar customer when you are reselling.
