by admin on Oct.29, 2009, under Uncategorized
I have selected in one of the reputed company through campus interview. It is a pharmaceutical company. The day I got selected is the memorable moment, where I entered into my dream company. This is my long time dream. I liked my job very much. I got this job because of my hard work. Now this job gives my complete job satisfaction. Recently I am carrying out my research in antibiotics. Antibiotic resistance is the ability of a microorganism to withstand the effects of antibiotics. It is a specific type of drug resistance. My findings will definitely help my company to achieve. I presented my findings in a conference where they approved my work. Now our company started to develop the new antibiotics. My team members are totally supported my findings. They directly and indirectly helped me. Without my company and team support I could not achieve. I love my job and my company!
A place where night sky seems better than its day counterpart

This is the vacation; I had planned to a place called Kanyakumari in India. I planned this vacation with my parents 2 months in advance and hence I had no trouble in booking the room and plane/train tickets. My journey started from Delhi. The flight to Trivandrum via Chennai was very long and tiresome. We thought this would make us very tired. But on reaching Kanyakumari, I was very happy. The cool breeze of night filled our room. I was eager to take a look at the morning’s first ray. This is the reason why people come from miles away. Sunrise and sunset are the two most famous events in Kanyakumari. Besides these, there is a beach to swim your heart’s fill and two statues of Swami Vivekanada and Thiruvalluvar. Former was an intellectual who spread the knowledge of Hinduism and the latter was a great poet/author of Tamil. My parents found their lost spirit here and had a very good time making for the good times not lived during their early days. I played in the sea water so much that I caught cold. Yet there was nobody who could stop me. We stayed for almost a week and yet had some hidden desire to continue. My parents were very happy to have visited this place. We had lots of pictures snapped.

Oh Yeah it’s this Guy Again

It’s a typical July day, down here in Waterloo, Canada. I woke up early this morning, at around 8am. Started the day with a nice breakfast; made myself a vegetarian omelet. I followed it up with a workout and 20 minutes of cardio. I’m really trying to focus on finding a part time job so I can raise funds to get my Real Estate Career going. Went down to the city and dropped of a couple resumes and later called to follow up on two interviews I had last week. Then I decided to reward myself by getting a Carmel latte and an apple fritter from Starbucks. Decided I would go hit a bucket at the golf course, and work on my short iron approaches that I had trouble with last time I went golfing. After that I went home and took a shower and I’m not killing time until I have to get to one of the workshops on Termites being held at my brokerage.
Last Weekend Activity

Every weekend, I try to have different plans. Last Saturday, I remember that I had a great morning swimming time. I do not have a swimming pool in my house, so I have to find a public swimming pool. I found a cheap Olympic public swimming pool at the heart of my city. The place is also use for national swimming tournament. It is owned by the government maybe that is the reason why it is much cheaper. I had 10 times of frog style and free style, started from one edge to the other edge of the Olympic swimming pool. I feel that my whole body is getting fresher. After swimming, I decided to have pancakes for my breakfast. Lucky, across the swimming place there is a mall that has a delicious pancake café called pancious. I ordered the apple pancake with coffee taste ice cream, each bite was heaven. At about 11 o’clock, I went to see couple of houses. My family is planning to get a new place to live, so we need to check around to see whether the environment suit us. The searching ended before 2 o’clock at noon, I was starving. I decided to have something heavier than just pancake. I went to a steak house and ordered a salmon steak. It was a lot, the salmon was huge, the wedges were plenty and the salad was fresh. I could not breathe, after I had eaten all of that. It took about 20 minutes for me to be able to move from the restaurant. We went straight from the steak house and arrived at 5 o’clock. On Sunday, I went to the library. I had to return books that I borrowed for almost a month; the librarian gave me a fine. I had couple of fines before; I just could not bring it back on time. I went back to my house, after that.
Funny Because It’s True, Amazing Because It’s Nuanced

Without naming names, my current favorite TV show is an American spin-off of a British comedy show. It manages to portray a series of characters who work together at a company that probably resembles an average American company. This show is wildly popular because it accurately depicts the different types of personalities commonly found in offices. It acknowledges that work can be boring, unsatisfying and dull. It demonstrates that people can rise through the ranks based on factors other than talent, merit and hard work. The show’s humor is mostly deadpan; exposing these workplace truths is a large part of the punch line. However, this show’s brilliance is not in building up straw-man villains who are then knocked down, humiliated or universally hated. What makes this show so special is that almost every character is given a sufficient amount of development and depth. Even the annoying, clueless, socially awkward manager who wants to enjoy only the perks of the job without having to carry out the unpleasant aspects of a management role possesses a big heart, a sense of decency and loyalty toward his employees, a need to be loved and a certain amount of charm, wit and vulnerability. The nuances of the personalities of each character on the show are what make it such an incredible series worthy of its popularity.

Boulder being one of the popular and important cities of Colorado has become much popular to the real estate investors. The city is situated in the foothills of RockyMountain and it is just 35 miles away from the major city Denver. First of all, the city is very much known as a famous place for education; starting from junior to senior level. The city has many public schools, charter schools and private schools for young learners. Summertime Lightness…

In the summertime, I usually like to dress light and airy with colors that tend to be bright. On the contrary, dark colors in the summertime tend to be very hot whereas light colors tend to be cool. Today, my wardrobe consists of a light, white and pink summer dress… very airy, casually designed to either run errands or go out on a casual date. I like it because it is very comfortable and on a hot day such as today, it is very cool. It has spaghetti straps and comes down to the knee. It is one of my favorite outfits in my wardrobe. To top it off, I have also added to my summer outfit a hat with a slight brim to block the sun with a purse to match. And lastly, but not least, my favorite light tan sandals. I consider this to be the most appropriate outfit in my wardrobe for the month of August, this being the hottest month of the year.
Indian Night at My House

Last night, I made chicken vindaloo for dinner. I learned the recipe from a friend when I visited him in India. Vindaloo has chicken, tomatoes, onions and a lot of spices — curry powder, cardamon, crushed red pepper, cinnamon sticks and more. My friend told me I should use fresh garlic, but all I had was jarred garlic, but it tasted just as good. I ate my vindaloo dinner with rice and an apricot beer, which complemented the spicy dinner nicely. I’m told that tortillas also are good with vindaloo, because they are a stand-in for naan. One thing you must remember when serving spicy Indian food is to eat yogurt with it. In India, they make their own homemade yogurt, but store bought works just as well. Yogurt is important because it neutralizes the spices in your stomach and reduces your chances of getting acid reflux after your meal is over.
Master’s Degree

My project is on research side. So I couldn’t able to spend much time on hobbies. Whenever I get time I used to spend my time in Chess. Really it is an interesting game. Our brain becomes fresh when we play this game… This game eats our brain. It is a tool to check our brain capacity. The tradition of organized competitive chess started in the 16th century. Chess today is a recognized sport of the International Olympic Committee. This game does not have any time control. It is based on our tactics and strategy. If we have talent we can complete the game within ten minutes or even it lasts for one hour. But in championship and competition really it is amazing. They extend this game for more than five hours or longer. I love this game since it shows my talent and it refreshes to a new world. In my busy schedule this is the one and only hobby makes me entertained.
Lakewood CO homes
by author on Oct.04, 2009, under Uncategorized
Homes are the biggest and most important investment that you are ever going to make. This is due to the fact that the general trend when it comes to home’s value is to go up. Up up up. Say you buy a home at 100,000 dollars in the year 2009. You took out a 30 year loan for this house, meaning you are going to pay off the home in 30 years. Whilst you are paying off your house, the house is doing a thing of its own. It’s going up in value! It may not go up in value necessarily because your neighborhood or surrounding area becomes better; it may just be because the dollar bill is starting to be worth less. So, once you are done paying off your house, it’s going to be worth much more than it was when you first started.
Lakewood CO homes even have the power to completely down the economy, as proved by recent events. Some people are irresponsible when they buy their houses, purchasing homes that they’ll never be able to afford. Then, when the time is right, they bail out on the bank which causes the banks to lose money and have a house that they now own. This wouldn’t be a problem if it only happened to a few people, but when it starts happening to thousands of people, it becomes a problem. Once the banks repo the houses that they have, they then need to sell the home in order to get their money back. But if everyone is losing their house and all the banks have multiple homes they own, what happens? No-one buys the homes and then the banks go out of business.
Then the economy turns on its head. Banks shut down and people lose everything. But this only happens when people become irresponsible. It’s not necessarily just the buyer’s fault either; the banks are to blame as well because they should have never given the loans to people that would never be able to afford the homes that they needed.
